Likes not to eat overly cooked beef, motivated to become a muscle giant through Chinese characters on his deltoid.

Becoming a professional bodybuilder is incredibly exhausting, and often the returns don't match the effort. A former Olympic bodybuilding giant once said that if a bodybuilder could use their dedication to bodybuilding for other careers or endeavors, they would find far greater rewards. However, many people are still obsessed with bodybuilding, and for them, bodybuilding isn't about wealth, but about the fascination with becoming a muscular figure. They yearn to transform into powerful physiques.

Xio Sims is such a dedicated bodybuilder. He fully immerses himself in bodybuilding, training every day to maintain his developed muscle mass; strict dietary control allows him to maintain a very low body fat percentage. Aside from bodybuilding, he has almost no other leisure activities, and remains single.

He inscribed two Chinese characters on his deltoid, motivating himself to keep moving forward. The one on the right is 'Ku' (), representing 'bitter', and the one on the left is 'Xue' (), representing 'blood'. 'Ku' perfectly encapsulates the life of a bodybuilder – a life of hardship made joyful, which is their state of being. 'Blood' is a word that Xio Sims particularly likes, representing a man's masculinity. Maintaining a man's masculinity allows him to train himself like a beast, full of passion.

He stated that he doesn't like to eat overly cooked beef, preferably raw, which feels like being a beast, stimulating masculinity. However, I don't recommend everyone follow Xio Sims' example – raw beef may contain some pathogens.

Xio Sims views training as self-refinement, and life must be refined to be meaningful. Although many people may not understand Xio Sims' extreme bodybuilding, he enjoys it, making hardship joyful, and using the characters on his shoulders to motivate himself to become a muscle giant.

As a regular fitness enthusiast, we don't need to train like Xio Sims, but we need to take on the responsibility of a man. A man's responsibility is like a weight on his shoulder, so we need a solid and powerful shoulder.
