1Lie on your back.
2Bring both feet together or slightly apart, with both hands placed on either side of your chest, fingertips aligned with your shoulders, elbows tucked in, chest lifted, arms pressing against the ground, extending the spine backward; pull your chin in, starting from the thoracic spine, and move your left shoulder, neck to twist; look to the left rear.
3Hold for several breaths, then return to the original position.
