Susie Woffenden wasn't interested in sports throughout her childhood, but she developed a strong interest in fitness in her thirties. Since then, she has consistently succeeded in her fitness journey and earned a pro card in 2014. However, first, she had to overcome her bad eating habits.

Throughout college, Susie began to pay little attention to her sleep habits and nutrition. She quickly started to gain weight, which continued until graduation. But one day, Susie became unhappy with her appearance and after the collapse of her career aspirations, she sought to change her life. Come and see her transformation along the way.

Susie's family always encouraged her to maintain a healthy lifestyle during her teenage years. Susie and her parents regularly went on bike rides together. Because of this, she grew up slim. However, as Susie began university, everything started to change. During this time, fast food became her preferred choice. Aside from this, she actively participated in university social events, often going out for drinks late at night.
Due to her party lifestyle, Susie's eating habits quickly spiraled out of control. From then on, she started to gain weight. Worse still, things got worse after graduation when she started working at an advertising company. Her job involved a busy schedule, often working long hours, and meeting client needs. Therefore, healthy eating and exercise were the last things she thought about.

However, Susie eventually realized that her bad eating habits were doing her no good. Throughout this time, she often felt tired and had irregular sleep patterns. At the time, Susie thought that fast food and a gym class once a week were the way forward. But despite her best efforts to lose weight, she had little luck with her weight loss.
However, things started to change when she was in her thirties. She joined the gym with the intention of continuing to move forward from her bad eating habits. From then on, fitness brought her a new life, and she never looked back. She started training in the gym with the aim of exercising. But she needed some help to guide her onto the right path.
After training consistently for over two years, she was inspired by the physique of fitness models. After being encouraged to participate in a competition, Susie decided to prepare for her first competition.

Susie has participated in WBFF European Championships since 2013 and earned third place. Her performance impressed everyone, as she hadn't had much time to prepare for the competition. Because of her success, she craved to continue improving for the next competition.
Susie is always seeking self-development, which means she can achieve fame through fitness patterns. Because of her passion for progress, she wants to help others achieve their fitness goals and become a personal trainer to achieve this goal.
Training
Since the beginning of her training in the gym, Susie started to receive guidance from a personal trainer, lifting weights with low repetitions. She preferred this training method rather than high repetitions with lighter weights, especially when performing exercises such as squats and deadlifts.
Nutrition
Susie ate four to five small meals a day to maintain her metabolism. To maintain a slim figure throughout the year, her eating habits consisted of eating clean foods, especially before participating in fitness model competitions.

Susie is still working as an advertising director while striving to achieve her fitness goals. However, she was disappointed in her career in the advertising industry. Therefore, she realized she wanted to take a different direction in life. Shortly after, she turned her attention to fitness.
