Pressure is an intangible thing, invisible and untouchable. It can inspire growth, but also crush a person. Everyone has a certain amount of pressure. However, pressure is not scary, what is scary is the state of being utterly defeated when facing it. When facing pressure, we must learn to release it reasonably. More pressure comes from ourselves; we need to let go appropriately, and not put too much pressure on ourselves. Live happily and healthily!

Live in the present, and look forward to the future. Life is a matter of attitude: a calm heart brings tranquility, and an open mind brings spaciousness. Some scars, etched on the skin, heal and fade into the past. Others, etched on the heart, may seem minor, but they linger within. Some people, close at hand, are forever out of reach.
