Where the ruins are on the west bank, people say it's the location of Cao Lang's and Zhou Yu's battle at Red Cliff in the Three Kingdoms.
Rocks pierce the sky, waves crash against the shore, rolling up a thousand snowdrifts.
The landscape is like a painting, with countless heroes and heroines in it at one time.


Remembering General Cao Jing in his prime, Xiaoju married him, full of vigor and spirit,
With a fan and a ribbon, chatting and laughing, the generals of the north and south collapsed and turned to dust.
Missing his homeland, it's only natural to be sorry, my hair has turned gray early,
Life is like a dream, a lonely moon reflected in the Yellow River.

In 1082, Su Shi was exiled to Huangzhou, full of sorrow with nowhere to say it, he came to Red Cliff, watched the rushing river, crashing waves, and suddenly his mind opened up, and gradually he was relieved.

In fact, everything we pursue – fame and fortune, power and profit – is just an illusion in life. If life is illusory, political failure and setbacks, and life's hardships and trials, what do they matter?

Why bother to worry, if you can open your mind, it will be a sunny day. Su Shi has opened his mind, so have you?
