The Great Learning says: To build Buddhas and dragons, first build mortals like horses and oxen. Meaning, before becoming a Buddha, one must first establish connections
In the late Qing dynasty, General Luo Bingzhang had a small official named Zhang Quan. Because his mother suffered from disability and the family was poor, they lived a difficult life. Hearing this, Luo Bingzhang instructed his nephew to send rice to Zhang Quan's family every month.
One day, his nephew reported the situation and was about to leave when Luo Bingzhang stopped him: 'Did you send the rice to Zhang Quan's family last month?' The nephew was surprised: 'He had already stopped working for you.'
Luo Bingzhang stood up and poured a cup of hot tea, placing it by the warm stove and pulling his nephew to walk around the garden.
After the two returned to the study, Luo Bingzhang picked up the cup, still warm, and handed it to the nephew. The nephew drank the warm tea, feeling refreshed and smiled. Luo Bingzhang asked, 'Leaving the tea to cool, and then returning to pick it up, do you hope the tea will become cool, or still warm?'
'Of course, I still want it to be warm.'
Luo Bingzhang nodded: 'That's right. Just as he was leaving, now everything is not settled. We can help him a few more times, and we can let him go smoothly.'
The nephew thanked him and hurried to deliver the rice.
It's better to work with reliable people, they won't come for fame when you're famous, and they won't leave when you're low.

The Canon says: There is a cause and effect, one is born, the other is born, there is no cause and effect, one is extinguished, the other is extinguished. All things in the world are mutual, and people are no different. When, cherish each other; when, let each other go. As is, so it is.
Su Dongpo and Monk Jinpin were good friends. One night, they agreed to go boating on the Yangtze River.
A one-leaf small boat, drifting with the waves, drinking and laughing, it was very comfortable. After three turns of the wine, Monk Jinpin wanted to compose a poem with Su Dongpo, but he saw Su Dongpo raise his hand and point to the left bank, smiling without saying a word.
Monk Jinpin didn't understand at first, and after following his finger, he saw a large yellow dog gnawing on a bone on the shore. He understood Su Dongpo's meaning, and immediately smiled, and threw his hand-painted scroll with Su Dongpo's poem into the river.
At that time, the two of them nodded in agreement and applauded each other. It turned out that one pointed, and the other threw, a clever double allusion.

Friends are numerous, but true friends are rare. In this life, we will meet many people, but few true friends. As the saying goes, gold is easy to get, and true friends are difficult to find. In life, if you can have someone who understands you and knows you and treats you sincerely, cherish it well.
The worst thing in life is not to die alone, but to die with people who make you feel lonely. This world is full of fluctuations and unpredictable hearts, it's rare to find someone who understands you, knows you and treats you sincerely, you must cherish it well.
May you always meet good people, and may your path always be smooth. May all true feelings in the world be treated with gentleness.
