High-Dimensional Wisdom of Ancient China! Astonishing the Modern World!

What is the concept of ''?
There are 365 acupuncture points in the human body, exactly matching 365 days in a year.
The human body has four limbs, and a year has four seasons.
The human body has 12 meridians, corresponding to 12 months in a year.
The spine has 24 vertebrae, corresponding to 24 solar terms.
Humans have 7 orifices, and a week has 7 days.
Humans and nature are perfectly aligned!
Humans are born from and in harmony with the earth's vital energy, therefore, the human body must align with the natural changes in yin and yang to maintain normal physiological functions and balance. We must always follow the laws and rhythms of nature!
In fact, '' already discovered this principle: the rotation of the solar system, such as Venus, Jupiter, Mercury, Mars, and Saturn, and the coordination of the internal organs of the human body are fundamentally the same. This is also the basis of the Five Elements theory – generating and controlling each other.
The highest level of human cultivation is to integrate oneself into the cyclical movement of the universe and celestial bodies. Because, from the universe's celestial bodies to the human body's internal organs, their operations are logically consistent.
For many Taoist practitioners, the goal is to align their physical functioning with the cyclical movement of the cosmos, leading to a state of '' and '' (letting go of self).

For example, the '' (little cosmos) that ancient people talked about – refers to the moon's orbit around the earth. The human spine with 24 vertebrae, as the body moves, each vertebra will trigger a corresponding sensation. Based on these subtle changes, ancient people realized the cyclical node of each period, and thus divided the Chinese solar year into 24 solar terms.
Therefore, every point on the human body corresponds to a point in the universe. By reflecting and introspection, all galaxies will find their corresponding positions in the human body – for example, the 28 stars in the chest, or the Milky Way in the navel.
'' (quietness/stillness) represents continuously improving one's ability to resonate with nature, ultimately reaching the '' (harmony between heaven and man) state.
What is ''?In 2017, one of the Nobel Prizes was awarded for... The award was given for discovering the molecular mechanism of Earth's life rhythms, keeping them synchronized with the Earth's rhythm (a 24-hour daily cycle – the '' or circadian rhythm).
In simple terms, they studied…'' (biological clock).
Westerners only recently discovered the human '', while '' already detailed the human body's rhythms of day, week, season, year, six decades, and three hundred sixty years.

For example, regarding the seven-day rhythm, Zhang Zhongjing in '' wrote that if you are affected by wind-cold, even without treatment, as long as there is no combination or complication, the illness will usually recover within 7 days. If it doesn't improve after 7 days, the illness will extend to a multiple of 7, such as 14 or 21 days – this is known as the seven-day rhythm.
Animal and human gestation cycles are multiples of 7.
Chicken hatching: 7 x 3 = 21 days
Cat pregnancy: 7 x 9 = 63 days
Rabbit pregnancy: 7 x 4 = 28 days
Tiger pregnancy: 7 x 15 = 105 days
Human pregnancy: 7 x 40 = 280 days
How did the seven-day rhythm form? It's formed by the combined effects of the sun and moon. The Chinese lunar calendar () has 28 days per month, and each month has four tides, so 28 divided by 4 equals 7 days. Because humans originated from the ocean, the human body's seven-day rhythm can be seen as the tide rhythm – this is the essence of ''.

The Chinese traditional calendar (lunar calendar or) is extremely useful; sometimes, I ask my apprentices to judge the date based on the moon's size – they are generally quite accurate. They also memorize the 24 solar terms from childhood.
We often emphasize the importance of adapting to opportunities and following rhythms when doing things, because this is the way to succeed quickly. However, many people have forgotten about this wisdom… They prioritize medication over physical exercise, which is not good for health. It is more effective to exercise, but because exercise doesn't cost money, the public gradually became accustomed to taking drugs as a priority.
Why do we emphasize '' (working and resting together)? Because they both promote physical and mental well-being. In terms of cultivation, those with weak constitutions and a tendency to be timid can enhance their courage and confidence through physical exercise. Exercise can strengthen the body's essence and spirit. It's most effective to focus on exercise first, and use medication as a supplement, but because exercise doesn't cost money, society has gradually favored medication.
What is ''?
The human personality is determined by the imbalances in the five organs and meridians – the 'yin and yang' of the five organs and meridians. When the five organs and meridians are diseased, it will affect and change a person's personality. The lack of yin and yang in the pre- and post-natal periods also influences the formation of a person's personality. Long-term unhealthy eating habits, such as favoring sweet, sour, bitter, and pungent foods, or favoring one type of grain, will also change a person's personality.
Changes in the internal organs can alter personality, which in turn can affect your appearance. Through '' (observing, listening, inquiring, and palpating), a skilled practitioner can diagnose internal organ imbalances. For example, a practitioner can judge an individual's internal organ imbalances based on their appearance. Then, based on the internal organ imbalances, they can diagnose the personality and moral character, and finally, the entire diagnosis hinges on understanding the principle of '' (one's appearance reflects one's inner state, and one can change one's inner state by changing one's appearance).
What is ''?
Singing the '' can regulate internal organs. Taoists have the '' (six-character formula) for nourishing the internal organs:
'' (exhale) – for treating liver and gallbladder diseases
'' (inhale) – for treating the heart and small intestine
'' (exhale) – for treating the spleen and stomach diseases
'' (whistle) – for treating lung and large intestine diseases
'' (blow) – for treating kidney and bladder coroner
A person's attire can influence their spirit, and a nation's ethnic attire can influence its culture.
Therefore, the principle of '' is based on a sophisticated civilization built on philosophical foundations. Unfortunately, each time China was conquered by a barbarian tribe, one piece of Chinese civilization was lost. Every act of enslavement was a destruction of China's spirit… Until modern times, when Chinese civilization was severely damaged by Western civilization, many Chinese wisdom was lost…Now, the essence of traditional culture has been lost one after another, and we have lost a lot of valuable wisdom. However, I believe that one day, our descendants will reclaim these civilizations and present them proudly!
