Classic Life Insights

.No matter what happens, first think about whether you did something wrong. If you didn't do anything wrong (which is impossible), then stand in the other person's shoes and experience what they feel.
.Adapt to the environment, because the environment will never adapt to you. Even if it's a very, very painful process.
.Be generous. Don't be stingy with generosity. If generosity really hurts you, then pretend to be generous.
.Be low-key. Be even more low-key than a temporary worker. Maybe people will think you're not even as good as a temporary worker who's been around for a few years!
.Your words should be sweet. Don't hesitate to praise people. Good praise will make people feel happy, but don't overdo it to the point of being repulsive.
.If you feel that your work has been going smoothly lately, then be very careful.
.Be polite. When greeting someone, look them in the eye. When speaking to elders, use their titles and respect their age, because you're simply a junior subordinate,

.Less is more. 'Speak less and do more,' avoid talking in crowded places.
.Don't take people's good deeds for granted; be grateful.
.Don't look down on people.
.Be punctual, but don't expect others to be.

.If you lead a team, when summarizing work, take all the mistakes on yourself and give credit to your subordinates. When your boss and subordinates are both present, remember to praise your subordinates. When criticizing someone, do it only in private.
.If you think an article is worth reading, then you should comment on it, because your comments will give people the courage to continue and inspire them greatly. At the same time, it will make people grateful to you.
