Learn to Appreciate Yourself, and You Will Become Stronger

Happiness is not for showing off, nor for comparing. It's about feeling it. Like drinking water, you can feel its coldness or warmth depending on your own perspective. It's not a distant goal, but an enjoyment of the present moment. As long as you have a grateful heart, grateful for life, grateful for your life, and grateful for everyone who cares about you, happiness is everywhere, all the time. Remember: We are pursuing our own happiness, not 'someone else's'!

When no one applauds for you, encourage yourself; when no one wipes away your tears, offer yourself some comfort; when you feel humiliated, give yourself a space, a sense of confidence. Shake off yesterday's fatigue and helplessness, wipe away yesterday's pain and tears, and embrace tomorrow's fresh dawn, stepping into a bright and sunny morning. Learn to appreciate yourself, and you'll become stronger.
Don't judge others by your own standards, and don't wear rose-colored glasses. Because everyone has their own preferences, personalities, and life values. Things you dislike may simply be good for others. Borrowing a phrase: The number of species gradually decreases, while the number of people gradually increases. Whatever person or thing exists is reasonable. You don't need to dislike it; you should learn to look at the world with an appreciative gaze.

Praise rather than criticize, liking to criticize others indicates you're not wise. Constantly blaming others indicates you're not calm. Frequently complaining about others indicates you're not clever. Don't criticize people you don't understand; control your emotions first. Don't blame others' behavior; think about how they feel. Don't frequently complain about others; try praising them instead. Hurting others ultimately hurts yourself.
