As long as there is something to do, food to eat, and someone to love, you are successful.

This world operates on cause and effect, interconnected in both positive and negative ways; victory and defeat are intertwined. The key lies in our perspective and mindset: those with a positive outlook see flowers amidst thorns, while those consumed by despair only see thorns amidst flowers. Transforming yourself guarantees victory in battle, while changing the external world leads to constant setbacks. The strong seize opportunities from adversity, while the weak fear adversity in opportunities. Wise individuals rise from failure, while the mediocre sink in excuses. Confidence allows you to stand tall, while self-doubt forces you to bow your head.

We envy others' happiness, always feeling we lack laughter. How do you know what others hide beneath their smiles? Perhaps their joy masks deeper sorrows than your own. We admire others' success, always suspecting our own failure. But if you have a purpose, food, and love, you've already succeeded.
To achieve a happy and fulfilling life, you must first possess a tranquil mind. This allows you to calmly observe the world. As the Buddha said, tranquility comes from within; don't seek it externally, and the more you pursue it, the more troubled you become. Let go of past anxieties, don't worry about the future, and don't cling to the present, and your inner peace will be restored. Use a calm heart to understand, a normal heart to live, a forgiving heart to treat, and a grateful heart to work.
