Actually, today's dishes are super fast, it doesn't take much time to prepare ingredients, shrimp + asparagus + tofu, a total of three dishes take about 10 minutes, cooking soup takes about 5 minutes, so it's ready in 15 minutes.
In the spring, when I see the green and tender green vegetables, I always love them!
The tofu is fried until golden, and immediately poured into the green vegetables, casually stir-fried until cooked.

The oven is set to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. I'm using a steam oven, so I'm using 'steam-bake' mode. If you're using a regular oven, you can bake it directly.
