Staying within rules, residing within a circle
Born in the vastness of heaven, living in the midst of chaos
A sage said:
'A gentleman has three fears: fearing the mandate of heaven, fearing superiors, fearing the words of sages.'
Small people do not fear the mandate of heaven.
A person who harbors reverence has principles for living, never breaking moral boundaries.
When doing things, do; when not doing, don't do; knowing what to say and what not to say, calm and composed, with a sense of propriety.
People should have three kinds of reverence: reverence for heaven, reverence for the earth, and reverence for themselves.

- 1 -
Reverence for Heaven
We revere heaven for its inclusivity, for its vastness, for its majesty, and for its unwavering perseverance through the seasons.
Ancient wisdom says: 'A gentleman's heart is always filled with reverence.'
Heaven and earth nourish mankind, bestowing blessings.
Without sunlight, air, and water, it's hard for people to survive.
Therefore, people should have a heartfelt reverence and gratitude for heaven and earth.
The relationship between people and nature also exists as a virtuous cycle of reward and punishment, cause and effect.
Therefore, Confucianism in China advocates 'harmony between heaven and man', while Taoism emphasizes following the laws of nature and living in harmony with nature to reach the 'heaven and earth are with me, and all things are one' state.

Reverence for the Earth
We revere the earth because it has vitality, it has growth and decline, it has harvest and storage, and it pursues stability and progress.
We live on the earth, relying on the earth for sustenance, relying on the earth to produce grain, and relying on the earth to eat. To achieve a bountiful harvest and fertile soil, one must revere it, treat it well.
The earth is full of wisdom and ingenuity; it provides us with food, provides us with wisdom, and provides us with rich returns, and also gives us a heavy responsibility.
As said in the movie 'Dangal'
We should always maintain a respectful attitude towards the earth, taking a little less, and giving a little more, leaving some opportunities for future generations to appreciate the beauty of the earth, so that we won't regret it in the future.The earth gives birth to all things, sows in winter and stores in summer.
We revere the earth because it is our mother, the cradle of all life.
The 'woodcutting phenomenon' often moves people.
Wood is the primary energy source for people's daily lives for centuries. Strangely, wood was never cut down and burned completely.
This is due to the respect of the woodcutters, they only cut off dead branches, not green leaves, so that trees can rest and recuperate.
We should revere the earth, take a little less, and cherish it, giving our descendants some opportunities to appreciate the beauty of the earth, so we won't regret it in the future.

Reverence for Self
A sage once said: 'We should respect ourselves and even revere ourselves.'
Learn to compromise, learn to accommodate, learn to revere.
Control your emotions, make them calm and warm;
Influence your mood, make it relaxed and happy.
When people have respect for the world, they let go of worldly thoughts, and harmonize with heaven, and heaven rejoices;
When people maintain a heart full of dust, they live in harmony with the earth, and the earth rejoices.
Reverence for heaven and earth is intentional and unintentional;
Reverence for people and oneself is intentional and unintentional.
Always maintain joy, and auspicious clouds will surround you;
Always maintain gratitude, like a warm spring wind.
With a heart full of reverence, act in accordance with rules, have faith, and stay within rules, residing within a circle.
Everything quiet will come unexpectedly, everything beautiful will blossom on time.
