A Broad Heart Opens the Way

Guo Ziyi said:
'I have destroyed so many innocent families' ancestral tombs while leading troops to fight and kill enemies; now my own ancestral tomb is being dug up – this is my own retribution!'
Yu Chaoen, upon hearing this, felt grateful to Guo Ziyi. Guo Ziyi thus skillfully navigated a dangerous situation, becoming an ally in the court and enjoying a peaceful old age until the age of eighty-five.
