Mindfulness (or Mental Strength) Leads to Maturity, and Broad-mindedness Comes from a Wide Heart

Life is about direction rather than effort. Learn to forget the past, no matter how beautiful or glorious it may be, it ultimately represents the past self. Perhaps destiny has its timing, and destiny has no timing, don't force things when they don't come naturally. Do your best, regardless of the thorny road or the harsh winds and hardships of the future. Let go of your heart and embrace every hardship.

I like the sentence: 'Walk and walk, and the flowers will bloom.' Believe that sadness can be forgotten, love and hate can be let go, and no matter how cold it is, it will eventually end in spring, as long as you hold onto goodness, time will not fade, and if your heart is at peace, there will be peace in the world. When you turn the corner, it will be a time of blossoming years.

Life is like a chess game – there's advance and retreat. By thoughtfully contemplating your life's journey, you'll gradually understand that life is about adjusting your own seasoning. Having a home for your heart gives you a path in life. Only by learning to be alone with yourself can your soul be cleansed, your mind mature, and your chest become broad.
We've toiled so hard to come into this world – not to be constantly saddened by what we see. We've already cried enough since birth, and we can't return to live. So, don't waste your time dwelling on sadness, believing in loneliness, loving and hating, regretting, or failing to pursue your dreams. You must believe that there will always be a tomorrow.
