Exercise 1


  • Lean your hips against the wall and lie on your back, arms side-flat raise
  • Extend your legs to the side, knees straight
  • Stretch the inner thigh, each exhale deepens
  • Hold for 1-3 minutes, return legs to the top

Exercise 2


  • From the side lunge, bend your right knee, knee outward extension
  • Right ankle on left thigh, hip external rotation
  • Left knee bent, sole of foot on wall, thigh near abdomen
  • Hands on either side of the body, palms up
  • Hold for 1-3 minutes, switch sides


Exercise 3


  • From the side lunge, bend both knees, soles of feet facing each other
  • Knees open to the side, hands on either side of the body
  • Relax the body, hold for 1-3 minutes, return

Exercise 4


  • Lie on your back, bend your knees, thighs close to abdomen
  • Knees apart, hands each grasp the feet
  • Inhale to extend, exhale to contract down towards the ground
  • Relax shoulders, hold for 5-8 breaths


Exercise 5


  • Lie on your back, bend your knees, heels near hips
  • Raise right leg upward to cross over left leg
  • Inhale upward, hands each grasp the opposite foot
  • Exhale back down relax, thighs towards abdomen
  • Shoulders away from ears sink to the ground, hips close to the ground
  • Hold for 1-3 minutes, switch sides
