How to make the inner thighs thicker?

1. Swan Pose

2. Low Lunge
Step one foot forward, keeping your calves at a 90-degree angle

You can brace your hands on your hips or place them on your knees
Exhale slowly to sink your hips down
Feel the stretch of your inner thigh and the gluteal muscles
Practice for 2 minutes, switch sides
3. Lizard Pose
Lean over your knee, slowly letting your right foot lift off the mat
Open your right hip, exhale to sink your hips and turn towards the side
Practice for 2 minutes, switch sides


4. Pike Pose
Start from a low lunge
Place your left hand on your knee
Reach your right hand back to grab the sole of your right foot
You can also grab the same foot with the same hand
Keep your other hand for balance
Exhale to sink your hips for 2 minutes
Switch sides to practice
