Today I want to share a truly effective method for eliminating (giraffes arms), which is a method I've personally experienced and found very effective, especially suitable for when you're bored at home or watching dramas.

First, the equipment you need is very simple: two empty beverage bottles (filled with water or sand) to a certain weight, the specific weight can be adjusted according to your personal preferences or gradually increase the weight.
Then the exercises: 1. Stand with your arms extended to the sides, each hand holding an empty mineral water bottle, and then naturally place them on either side of your body. 2. Bend your elbows and raise your arms forward from the bottom up, repeat the action 3 times, with 20 repetitions per set. 3. Hold the bottles with your hands, lift your arms, and bend your elbows backwards. You can do 20 sets (these two exercises are quite convenient and effective).
