Fitness Beginner Hopes to Accompany You to a Healthy Lifestyle
Last October, I realized I couldn't be heavier anymore and decided to lose weight. After five months, I lost thirty pounds. I didn't go to the gym, didn't take slimming pills, and just did some exercises at home. My weight loss was slow, but it was mostly body fat, not water and lean muscle. And I didn't restrict my diet, eating whatever I wanted. Also, there's great news: starting December 1st, I quit smoking after twenty years, and it's been three months without a cigarette. I don't even think about smoking anymore, and it feels amazing! Unlike my acquaintances who tried to quit smoking and gained a lot of weight, my weight continues to decrease. I want to tell everyone there are no people who can’t lose weight, it just depends on whether you have the determination to persevere.
