Mushrooms are good friends for weight loss and slimming, low in calories and high in fiber, when I saw pig’s trotter mushrooms in the market, I bought them without hesitation, paired with broccoli, they are naturally a perfect match, and I’ve eaten them for several days without getting bored, and my weight has dropped rapidly.

Broccoli with Pig’s Trotter Mushrooms

Ingredients: Pig’s trotter mushrooms 250g, broccoli 1 head, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, appropriate amount of oil and salt.

Instructions:

1. Wash the pig’s trotter mushrooms and tear them into strips by hand. Mushroom strips that are unevenly cut are more flavorful to eat. Try it.

2. One head of broccoli, put the broccoli into a salt water to wash, cut into small florets after the blanching, put into hot water to cook until it's nearly cooked, then take it out.

3. Heat the oil in a pan, first fry the pig’s trotter mushrooms until they're cooked. Mushroom ingredients are particularly easy to cook, don’t add water in this step, because mushrooms contain a lot of water, frying them will release water.

4. Add the blanched broccoli and pig’s trotter mushrooms to the pot and stir-fry until cooked, then add a little oyster sauce and salt to season.
