Knowing the Dog Was Abnormal, the Owner Brought It Home; Doctor: It Lacked Part of Its Brain
Some owners say they'll never abandon their dogs, but later, when the dogs get sick and they don't want to pay for the treatment, they just throw them away. Compared to this, those owners who don't abandon their dogs when they're sick are truly loving their pets.

Foreign owner Jennifer Osborne has a very special dog, Moose (elk). The first time she saw Moose in the pet store, the owner immediately noticed something unusual about the dog beneath its appearance: heterochromia, a retracted nose, and an upside-down mouth, unable to suppress showing its lower teeth.
Such dogs might stay in the pet store for several years, but no one would take them. Finally, the owner couldn't bear it and brought it home anyway.

As expected, Moose is not a healthy dog. Its retracted nose pressed against its skull, causing abnormal skull development and triggering various other diseases.
Moose's physical abnormalities became very obvious when it was 6 months old. Its tear ducts protruded, it was prone to allergies during the changing seasons, and it had a seizure at 18 years old and has been taking medication to control it.
The owner later took Moose to a large hospital for examination, and MRI revealed that Moose's condition was even worse than they imagined. Moose had one less part of its brain, especially the olfactory part.

The veterinarian said that a part of Moose's brain was compressed, which would aggravate the seizure condition.
Although Moose has one less part of its brain, in the owner's view, it is no different from other dogs, a loving and intelligent dog. Moose's characteristic smile when showing its tongue is super healing.

The only downside is that Moose seems unable to understand and share toys with other dogs, no matter how many times it was taught, it still thinks all the toys belong to it and cannot be shared with other dogs.

Although Moose has many diseases, in the owner's view, it is no different from other dogs. The owner will also dress it up and take beautiful photos.
Those owners who can bring it home after knowing it's sick and still don't abandon it are truly admirable.
