Again Notified: Visitors to Shimen Boardwalk Scenic Area Please Enter from the West Gate

Due to the construction of the reinforcement project for the Shimen Great Dam by the Ministry of Water Resources, Shimen Boardwalk Scenic Area will close its East Gate. Visitors are requested to enter the scenic area from the West Gate. This announcement, in addition to the publication on the scenic area's official WeChat account on October 25, 2018, also includes prominent visitor guidance signs at the banks of the Hao River. Two notice boards have been set up at the East Entrance of the scenic area to guide visitors in both directions.

Furthermore, to thank the visitors, Shimen Boardwalk Scenic Area will reduce the ticket price from 80 yuan/person to 70 yuan/person. Local residents of Han Chinese cities can enjoy further discounts, with a half-price ticket of 35 yuan/person (valid with a valid ID). In addition, to honor the white angel (medical personnel), all nationwide healthcare professionals can enjoy free admission to Shimen Boardwalk Scenic Area throughout the year.
