Effortless Effort, Unregretting Heart

To do things, you must be able to bow your head, immerse yourself in deep thought, endure a certain amount of patience, and determine what you can achieve. To be a person, you must be able to raise your head, withstand scrutiny and pressure, and determine who you are. Bowing your head contains humility and modesty, representing grandeur. Raising your head conceals tenacity and resilience, embodying inner strength. Surrendering to circumstances by bowing your head will lead you further. Maintaining confidence through adversity is most valuable. Bowing your head prevents you from hitting a barrier. Raising your head allows you to gaze at the sky.

You must constantly remind yourself to let go of your restlessness and quiet your mind to read. Let go of your worries and bravely walk your own path. Let go of your greed, and be prepared to receive gains. Let go of your self-doubt and believe in yourself. Let go of your vanity and don't consider yourself superior. Let go of your easily seduced eyes and listen to your inner voice. Let go of your selfishness and learn to be grateful. Let go of your laziness and work hard when you should.
In life, many people meet, but few truly know each other; in life, many people know, but few rely on each other. In the vast world, it is not a shortage of friends to talk to, but a longing for someone who understands and reads you, amidst the multitude of people, it is not a lack of acquaintances, but a desire for a friend who is suitable for you and understands you. When such a person appears in life, always remember one word: cherish.

In the world, things happen as they should, and unwelcome things are useless to yearn for. There is no need to seek if it's not destined. Welcome those who come, and bid farewell to those who go. Everything is subject to fate, and we must accept it. We can only do our best, and life is largely satisfying. We can do our best, without regret, and live with no regrets.
