Three Signs of a Low Emotional Intelligence!

Engaging in prolonged discussions and offering unsolicited advice to others is a sign of arrogance and lack of consideration.
Everyone has different experiences and varying circumstances, therefore, readily judging or directing others is impolite and reflects a low emotional intelligence.
High emotional intelligence often simply means the ability to understand and empathize with others' perspectives.
2. Undermining others to elevate oneself.
A person who constantly boasts and attempts to diminish others to boost their own ego will usually end up with the opposite result – losing respect and recognition, and their reputation will plummet.
Truly high-EQ individuals understand the importance of not causing others to feel inadequate.
3. Seeking gratification through verbal confrontation, refusing to concede even a single point.
Recently, I wrote an article discussing the importance of avoiding arguments with people of different cognitive levels, which stems from the fact that arguing with individuals who have different understanding is often unproductive.
In essence, we should learn to concede and avoid unnecessary confrontations, rather than always striving to be right.
