Then the left hand moves back to the left rear side in a parallel arc motion, the waist and head follow, rotating to the left rear, the right palm moves with it, waiting until the right palm reaches the back of the body, the left palm rests on the right rib cage, palm down, the tiger mouth presses against the right rib, repeat this practice.

3. Collapsed Palm
In this practice, the body should be lowered, in the practice, the whole body's strength is released, as if intending to knock down a wall, hence the name ‘Collapsed Palm’. The left hand extends forward, the palm faces up, the five fingers are separated, the small arm is slightly bent, protecting the face’s midline. The right hand protects the left small abdomen, then the right hand moves downward in an arc motion, turning the palm forward to push out, the palm faces forward, the fingertips point to the right, at the same time, the left foot advances slightly, the foot tip points to the right, the right foot follows half a step, the foot tips point to the right, the two feet are parallel, forming a horse riding posture. When the right foot is forward, the same principle applies, and the left and right postures are the opposite.
