Choosing the right method is very important to avoid detours. I started by adjusting my meals for one day, doing housework diligently, and walking as much as possible on the road. I didn't intentionally exercise, and I also ate enough. I didn't feel tempted at night and went to bed on time. After a week, I weighed myself and secretly lost 3 pounds. No exercise, no hunger, lying down to lose weight, how happy! I took a look at my phone, and there was a meal from that day, sharing it with friends who need it.

Breakfast: Cooked black corn, tomato and egg tofu soup

Morning time is tight, so breakfast is mainly a quick solution. Black glutinous corn is cooked in a pot for 5 minutes, cooked a portion of authentic soup. It's said to be soup, but inside are tofu, tomatoes, and eggs, really full of ingredients. In terms of making it, put water directly into the pot, then add diced tofu and chopped tomatoes to cook for two minutes, whisk eggs into egg flower, when almost cooked, sprinkle with chopped green onions and drizzle with olive oil and salt, very delicious and nutritious, strong satiety, not hungry, satisfying the morning's nutritional needs.

Lunch: Black corn, chives and meat filling dumplings, chicken chunks, vegetables

The dumplings contain fat, so I only ate two. The staple food is too small, and I added half a black corn to make up for it. I also realized the combination of coarse and fine foods. The protein food is past the chicken chunks, which are pure lean meat, very fragrant. Vegetables cannot be less, basically occupied most of one meal, broccoli, purple cabbage, cauliflower, cooked in the water inside the dumplings, then matched with a dipping sauce, nutritious and delicious, both achieved, fragrant and delicious food.

Dinner: Rice, tofu and vegetables

Although rice has a slightly higher calorie than coarse and miscellaneous ingredients, it has a weaker satiety, but the amount eaten is only one palm, paired with a portion of wood ear mushrooms, seaweed, winter melon, tofu, coriander, tomatoes cooked into a big mess. At night, I won't be hungry or tempted.

Besides normal meals for one day, I drink a box of pure milk at around 10 am, and eat an apple as a snack. In the afternoon snack is an orange, as women generally like to eat fruit, how can we miss it, so it satisfies the daily fruit needs and won't overeat.

It doesn't mean eating like this every day, I change different food combinations, and the cooking can also satisfy the taste. Food and deliciousness both achieve.
