  • The human body's energy consumption is mostly completed by muscle tissue. In the basal metabolism, only 2% to 5% of fat participates in the metabolism.
  • In a static state, 1 kilogram of muscle consumes approximately 15 kcal in 24 hours, while 1 kilogram of fat consumes approximately 4 kcal in 24 hours.
  • In maintaining daily activities, 1 kilogram of muscle consumes approximately 70 kcal in 24 hours, while fat participates little, and is about 4 kcal.
  • Resistance training is the best way to increase muscle. Resistance training not only increases heat, reduces subcutaneous fat, but also stimulates the release of growth hormone.
