Korean Spicy Octopus (Spicy Octopus with Octopus)
ingredients: 1 octopus, 1/2 onion, a small amount of scallions, a small amount of garlic, 1/2 bell pepper, 2 tablespoons of Korean chili sauce, 2 tablespoons of chili powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, a small amount of sugar, a small amount of white pepper
Korean Spicy Octopus (Spicy Octopus with Octopus)
12 tablespoons of Korean chili sauce (dilute with a little warm water), 2 tablespoons of chili powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice wine, a little sugar, a little white pepper. Here you can taste the sauce and adjust it according to your taste. If you like spicy, you can add more chili powder.
2I bought the octopus in a box and asked them to kill it. Then blanch it in hot water. (When the water boils again, about one minute)
3Stir and marinate for a while to increase the flavor.
4Heat oil in a pan, add onion, scallions, and garlic. You can also add carrots and zucchini. I don't have them, so I didn't add them. (Bell pepper not added)
5When the ingredients are mostly soft and cooked, add the octopus and stir-fry for about 1 minute over high heat. Don't stir-fry the octopus for too long, or it will be chewy. Add bell pepper when almost ready and stir quickly.
6Plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds as a garnish.
7You can also add rice cakes (rice cakes need to be pre-boiled and added)
