How to Stir-Fry Snow Peas and Pork Belly – Dinner Rice Won't Be Enough, You'll Want to Eat a Big Spoonful!
There's nothing on this afternoon, I took an early shift, and I just bought some snow peas today. Tonight's dinner will start with snow peas and the pork belly I bought over the weekend. It's perfect! As a friendly reminder, try making a dish and eating two extra bowls of rice. Haha. Of course, you can also make fried rice and change the way you eat it.

Ingredients: peas, pork belly, red bell pepper (mainly for aesthetics). Add a little soy sauce, a little flour, and a little wine to the pork belly bought from the supermarket. Mix well and set aside.

First, heat up the pot and pour in the pork belly and minced ginger and garlic. Stir-fry constantly until loose and broken apart, avoiding large chunks. Don't cook for too long, it's best to use high heat to quickly stir-fry the pork belly to prevent it from getting old.
Add the washed peas and chopped red bell peppers, add water just enough to cover the peas, bring to a boil over high heat and then reduce the heat and simmer for about 7 minutes if you like super soft peas, you can cook them for a longer time. Add MSG and a little salt to thicken the sauce and serve. Sprinkle with chopped green onions to enhance the flavor. Simple pork belly and peas are complete! It's a great dish for eating rice.
