Tomato and Potato Risotto
❤ Ingredients: Leftover rice, tomatoes, potatoes
❤ Instructions:
1. Cut two tomatoes into small pieces, and cut one potato into small pieces and soak in water
2. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add the tomatoes.
3. Fry the tomatoes until slightly thickened, add one spoon of tomato paste and one spoon of soy sauce, and stir-fry.
4. After the water boils, add the potatoes and turn the heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes
5. After the potatoes are cooked, add the rice and stir evenly. Cook for 1 minute, and add one spoon of salt and sugar to taste
