Steps:

1. Slice lotus root and carrots into shreds, add pork slices to light soy sauce and to marinate, black fungus soak in water and slice after rinsing;

2. Prepare seasonings: scallion, cornstarch, dried shrimp, sugar and vinegar mixed; chopped chili add 2 tablespoons light soy sauce and 1 tablespoon aged vinegar, 2 tablespoons mixed;

3. Heat oil in a pan, pour in pork slices and stir-fry over medium heat until changed color, remove;

4. Pour in the chopped chili sauce and stir-fry until fragrant, add the pork silk and stir-fry until fragrant;

5. Add water and cook until ingredients are fused;

6. Pour in sugar and vinegar, add cornstarch slurry and turn off the heat to plate;


7. Garnish with scallions and serve.

Steps:

1. Soak black fungus and shiitake mushrooms in water, and then pick them clean and drain the water;

Steps:

1. Pork ribs soak in water to remove blood before washing and drying;

2. Prepare ingredients (oyster sauce, yellow wine, green onion, minced garlic, wood ear mushroom, chili pepper, chopped and cut into minced pieces;)

3. First marinate with salt, yellow wine, oyster sauce, green onion, minced garlic and leave in the refrigerator for 6 hours or more;

4. Then put the potatoes in the ribs;
