Bamboo Shoots Chicken with Bone-in
Ingredients: 250g bamboo shoots, 2 chicken legs, ginger to taste, 1 bay leaf, 2 pieces of cinnamon, 1 star anise, appropriate amount of peanut oil, appropriate amount of old soy sauce.
Instructions:
1. Soak bamboo shoots for 1 hour to soften, wash clean, then cut into small pieces and prepare.
2. Wash chicken legs clean, cut into small pieces and prepare.
3. Clean the pot, add appropriate amount of water, then put chicken legs into the pot, open fire to boil and blanch. After blanching the chicken legs, remove the water and drain dry.
4. Wash ginger clean, scrape off ginger skin, cut into ginger slices and prepare; wash bay leaf, cinnamon and star anise clean and prepare. Clean the pot, wipe dry, then pour in appropriate amount of peanut oil and heat up, then pour in ginger slices, bay leaf, cinnamon and star anise to stir-fry.

Cold Jelly Rolls
Materials: 120g celery, 120g carrots, 180g green beans, 180g Shandong white cabbage, 120g mushrooms, 2 packs of vermicelli, 12 sheets of spring roll wrappers, two large spoons of mustard sauce, one egg yolk, two spoons of salt, two spoons of sugar.
Process:
1. Wash celery, carrots, Shandong white cabbage stems and cut into strips.

Ingredients:
Cod meat 100g, 5g lemon juice, salt to taste, 5g pepper, 1 egg, 2 spoons of peanut sauce, 1 spoon of samba sauce, a little sugar, a little lemon juice, a little cucumber, a little fish sauce, a little roasted sesame seeds.
