White Chili with Pork Belly
Soak dried white chilies in hot water for 1 hour, then drain and chop; then add to hot oil and fry until crispy, remove and drain; separately slice the pork belly into pieces. In a pan, heat oil, first stir-fry the pork belly slices until fragrant, then add ginger slices, garlic slices, chopped white chili and garlic sprouts together, and stir-fry while adding salt and MSG, stir-fry evenly and serve.
