Pig Flies in the Sky! Australian Photographer Captures Wild Boar Lifted by Sea Eagle
According to the British Daily Mail on March 27th, recently, 75-year-old wildlife photographer Clark Espie, who lives in Queensland, Australia, accidentally captured a fascinating scene while driving through the wetlands of Queensland – 'a pig flying in the sky'.

Forced to try to fly, the young wild boar was desperate
Espie has been working in wildlife photography for 35 years, and is also a commercial diver and documentary producer. This time he was invited to come here to shoot the diverse bird species living in this world-class wetland. Espie said it was an unusual scene, a huge white-bellied sea eagle suddenly swooped down from the sky and snatched a black wild boar, then soared past him, the eagle's talons tightly grasped the unfortunate wild boar, flying on the calm lake surface, seemingly delighted, while the desperate wild boar was constantly shaking its hooves and squealing.
Espie said, 'I never thought I would have the opportunity to see two huge white-bellied sea eagles swoop down at my car, one of which even took a wild boar. Although it has strong wings, the white-bellied sea eagle eventually landed on a small island in the wetland, sharing the prey with the waiting white-bellied sea eagles. When the white-bellied sea eagle swooped past me, I quickly snapped a picture with a 500mm telephoto lens. It's one of the most unusual scenes I've ever seen. At first I thought it was grabbing a fish, but when I focused, I realized it was a wild boar. The wild boar was about five kilograms. It's definitely something I've never seen before'

The majestic white-bellied sea eagle, with wingspan up to 7 feet (about 2 meters). They usually perch high in trees or circle near coastal waterways and land, primarily feeding on fish, turtles, and sea snakes, but also birds and mammals. There are up to 24 million wild boars in Australia
