55 Species of Wild Animals 'Invade' Infrared Cameras
The Red Water Mu-Lan National Nature Reserve Administration used infrared cameras to take close-up shots and identified 55 species of wild animals and birds.



National Level Protected Animal Crowned Deer is feeding its cubs, wild boars are leading a group of wild boar cubs to forage for food. In addition, the infrared camera also for the first time captured National Level Protected Animal Leopard Cat, Leopard Cat is a carnivorous animal, active at night, good at running and climbing trees, often active in the forest area.

It is reported that the Red Water Mu-Lan National Nature Reserve Administration has currently monitored 13 second-level protected animals, including 5 species of animals and 8 species of second-level protected birds.
Since December 2016, the 60 infrared cameras installed in the Mu-Lan Protection Zone have identified and identified 55 species of wild animals and birds, including 21 animals and 34 species of wild birds.



The Red Water Mu-Lan National Nature Reserve Administration's thirty years of protection have resulted in continuous improvement of forest resources, and the number of wild animal populations within the area is constantly increasing. Recently, some wild animals that have disappeared from our sight for a long time have returned, and the ecology of the Mu-Lan National Nature Reserve Area has been greatly improved.
