More heartbreakingly, not only were adult dogs falling into such a miserable situation. Among the dogs awaiting sale were a 4-month-old Golden Retriever and four Yorkshire Terrier puppies.

After negotiating with the dog trader, they finally bought these pitiful dogs for 800 yuan.

The puppies were taken home by the volunteers to be cared for, and the adult dogs were taken to Xinjiang Shihuozi Nanwan Village's Animal Home for further care.

However, the volunteers discovered that the Golden Retriever was in very poor condition, with a lot of mucus in its eyes and covered in excrement, lying motionless and unable to stand up. It was obviously very sick and serious.

They quickly took it to the (Wanpi Animal Hospital) for treatment. The doctor said that the Golden Retriever had mucous membrane paleness, severe vomiting and diarrhea, and was showing dehydration symptoms, and it must have been sick for a long time.

After examination, the Golden Retriever was diagnosed with parvovirus, which was very dangerous. But the doctor said they would do their best to save it.
