British Woman Chooses Boyfriend Over Dog After Clash
According to a report by The Mirror on March 11th, a recent survey in the UK revealed that over a third of British women would choose to break up with their boyfriends rather than their dogs when they clashed. 33-year-old Zoe May, a novelist, ultimately ended her relationship with her boyfriend after discovering that he and her dog couldn't get along, even though he was her dream prince.

When your pet and your lover can't get along, how do you make the choice? A latest survey in the UK indicates that one-third of owners would end the romantic relationship, instead of the pet relationship! It’s also reasonable, after all, dogs only care about you, no matter if you haven’t washed your hair for a month or gained 30 pounds. They love your soul, while boyfriends may not.

33-year-old Zoe May, a romantic novelist living in Oxford, has a mixed-breed dog named Bella that she adopted six years ago. Bella has always accompanied Zoe, comforting her when she was down and protecting her in her own way.
A few years ago, Zoe met her dream prince – he was tall, handsome, with captivating skin and perfect black hair. He was exactly what Zoe had always dreamed of. They dated for a few times, and everything went smoothly, except that her boyfriend seemed to have trouble getting along with Bella. Ultimately, she chose to end her relationship with this perfect lover, because she trusted her intuition about Bella.

Once, Zoe met a gentleman online, and they had a lot in common. However, the gentleman was allergic to dogs, so Zoe immediately deleted his phone number. Zoe said, “I’m still looking for love, but I won’t consider anyone who can’t get along with Bella.”

36-year-old Kimberly Freeman, an animal behaviorist, loves dogs and loves to travel. So, last time she went to Paris, she took her 5 dogs with her. She left her boyfriend at home and never considered taking him along. Kimberly believes dogs are the perfect travel companions. After all, they won't object whether you go to the beach or a museum. Also, whenever people see her with 5 dogs, they think she’s a local.
I wonder if Kimberly’s boyfriend knows that it’s because Kimberly’s dogs accepted him, so Kimberly decided to date him. Although the boyfriend said he really wanted to go on trips with them, Kimberly thought the time wasn’t right. Perhaps, next time the boyfriend can join the itinerary.

If it were you, would you choose the perfect lover and a dog that only loves you, or would you choose one?
