Australian Snake Catcher Encounters World's Smallest Snake, Mistaking It for an Insect!
According to the Australian News Network, snake catcher Laurence is accustomed to fighting with snakes of large size, but recently, Laurence encountered a globally smallest snake, which surprised him.

The world's smallest snake species, the Brahminy Blind Snake
Recently, Australian snake catcher Laurence received an urgent call requesting his help to clear a snake on Ewing Road. Laurence prepared to fight with large snakes, as he had previously subdued a snake that was about 3 meters long.

However, when he arrived at the scene, he found what was considered the world's smallest snake species – the Brahminy Blind Snake. Local residents initially thought it was a bug and were about to pick it up and throw it away when they discovered its tongue quickly retracted and its body had tiny scales, which was not like a bug.

It is reported that the Brahminy Blind Snake is only 10 centimeters long when fully developed and generally lives underground, and is not venomous.
