A Fish's Destination
This photo is from a neighbor, we just finished transferring a fish.
It's the goldfish below, the map one. It finally got a new home. I don't know if it can adapt, whether it will be bullied, but I hope it's okay.
Before the Spring Festival, I cleaned the idle fish tank and raised some tropical fish. This is an experiment, I dare not raise more. Three months have passed, and the fish are doing well, except for one parrotfish that couldn't be saved. So I added 5 map fish.
Unexpectedly, the map fish was bullied by the parrotfish as soon as it entered the tank. They all hid in the corners and didn't dare to move. This reminded me of a TV drama where a prison boss always bullies new inmates. Maybe it will adapt after a while.
Unexpectedly, four fish were tragically killed, and finally the last one had to be isolated with a filter. The poor map fish was in a small space without seeing the sun.
After all, it's a life, so I decided to give it away.
The fate of the fish is either controlled by the owner or by the enemy. The tragedy is that it never worked hard to control its own destiny.
Humans are no different. If we don't work hard to control our own destiny, and rely on others' generosity or the enemy's mercy, the outcome will be very bad.
We often see people who are bullied and harmed, even killed. They are like the map fish, who only know to submit and not resist. They don't unite to fight, just run for their own safety. Those villains may not be really strong, mostly they are bluffing, and if someone dares to fight back, they may give up.
Hard work is the only way to self-reliance!
