On February 20th, reporters from Red Star News learned from the Tangjiahe National Nature Reserve in Sichuan Province that in February 2020, staff at the Tangjiahe Nature Reserve discovered a cute giant panda while sorting infrared cameras collected in the first quarter. According to reports, since 2019, staff had already found giant pandas for the fourth time at the same location.

Infrared camera images of the giant panda
In the image, a giant panda slowly and leisurely walked towards the camera. Subsequently, a giant panda cub walked leisurely and without haste to the camera and stopped to look around, its cute and adorable appearance was particularly lovable. Based on the calculation of the giant panda’s wild breeding period at the time, this cub, ‘Gong Gong’, was already one year old.
The giant panda frequently appeared in Tangjiahe at the same location, which not only demonstrated the crucial role of infrared cameras in monitoring the investigation of species such as giant pandas, but also powerfully highlighted the superior ecological environment, abundant species resources, and significant protection achievements of the Tangjiahe Nature Reserve.
