Guangzhou Zhanjiang discovers 34 extremely endangered spoon-billed sandpipers Recently, 34 extremely endangered spoon-billed sandpipers (yù), a bird species, were discovered in the Guangzhou Zhanjiang Red Tree Swamp National Nature Reserve, this is the second large discovery of endangered spoon-billed sandpipers in Zhanjiang coastal wetlands in recent years.
