The villagers subsequently renamed the village Fengjia Lingzi Village, and the name has been used ever since.



Fengjia Lingzi Village is located 26 kilometers south of Templez Town, Qinzhou City, with over 100 households and 300 people. The land is fertile, and there are abundant mountain fruits and tourist resources. The village is also known as a 'Mountain Fruit Paradise,' especially for (Persimmon), which are large, sweet, and highly renowned in Shandong Province. The processed persimmon is exported to Southeast Asia, Japan, and Korea.

The village is surrounded by mountains, with 'Phoenix Mountain' and Mawuzhai Mountain flanking it eastward and southward, respectively. Yangming Mountain is to the west, and Snow Mountain is to the north.



The village has three clear springs: An Dan Ling Spring, Phoenix Ling Spring, and Mawuzhai Spring. The spring water is clear and sweet, rich in minerals. Even in years of drought, it has never dried up.



The village's biggest feature is that it is a 'Stone Village.' Villagers build houses using local stone, and the surrounding houses have stood for over a hundred years without deterioration, carrying the vicissitudes and heaviness of history.





The village is mostly old and quiet, with narrow alleys. The road surface of the alleys is mostly paved with cement, but some are also paved with stone, with traces of time. These alleys are interconnected, winding and tortuous, like a maze.

It is a Ming Dynasty relic, with 27 steps. It is commonly known as 'Nan Ya Zi.' The ancient gate was carved by the Qing Dynasty in the early years, with carvings of horses, cattle, sheep, deer, yin and yang diagrams, and plum blossom patterns. The sculpture is exquisite and well-preserved.



When did the old mill come into being? The 70-odd elderly people in the village only said that since he was young, the old mill in the village has been sitting here. People from nearby villages also come here to push the mill. No matter in spring, summer, autumn or winter, in the cold and hot weather, the mill has never stopped moving. Around the old mill, the gray stone pavement is smooth and visible, overlapping the ancient old times.




Fengjia Lingzi Village was named because of a large stone block, resembling a 'lying swallow,' which existed when the village was built, arousing much fascination. If someone has a 'bump' on his body, he will burn incense and pray to the stone, and the bump will quickly disappear. People from all around come here to pray to it, respecting it as 'Stone Bump Grandpa'.
