China Plans to Build a High-Speed Railway Worth Approximately 328 Billion Yuan, Does It Pass Through Your Hometown?

That’s right, this high-speed railway line is called the Lushan-Zhunyi High-Speed Railway, originating from Luzhou, Sichuan Province, and ending in Zunyi, Guizhou Province. It’s a passenger railway line with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour, and the total investment is approximately 328.15 billion yuan. The project is currently under planning.
The Luzunyi High-Speed Railway has a total of 7 stations: Luzhou, Luzhou South, Chiwu, Xipu, Renhui, Mao Shi, and finally arrives in Zunyi, Guizhou. The total length is about 241 kilometers.

Luzhou, formerly known as Jiangyang, is also known as the ‘City of Liquor’ and ‘Jiangcheng’. It’s a provincial-level city in Sichuan, a regional center in the Sichuan-Yunnan-Guangxi-Chu-Qing (SYQ) junction, an important trade and logistics center in the Chengdu- (Chu-Qing) economic circle, and a major port city on the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. Famous attractions include Huangjing Old Forest, Zhangbamu Guilian Forest, Fubo National Forest Park, Huaguo Creek, and Fangshan.
Zunyi is located in the north of Guizhou Province, in the center of the junction of Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, and Chongqing. It’s a national all-tourism demonstration zone. It is adjacent to Guiyang to the south, Chongqing to the north, and Sichuan to the west. Famous attractions include the Zunyi Conference Site, the Chishui Scenic Area, and Lou Shan Pass.
