Currently, the first batch of participating merchants are within the administrative districts of Hangzhou (no registration required). The second phase (Consumption Voucher II) participating merchants are
catering and shopping businesses within the Hangzhou administrative districts (with physical stores), and participating merchants in the second phase need to go through a registration process.And they must meet the following conditions:(1) Merchants with tax registration and offline stores (for both corporations and individual businesses);
(2) Eligible merchants applying to participate in the activity must sign a contract format committing to:
guaranteeing product quality, avoiding false advertising and hidden price increases, developing favorable pricing schemes, etc. Any breach of contract will be listed on a list of unreliable merchants, and government subsidies will be returned.
