When visiting Dominica, you absolutely must see Nylon Pool. Nylon Pool is a shallow pool with white coral on the bottom, it's really like being in the ocean center. It's at waist level, you can walk on warm sand and stroll around like in the ocean center. This is the first thing you must do when visiting Dominica, because you can't do it anywhere else, only in Dominica, so I highly recommend it.
You must visit Pigeon Point Heritage Park. Pigeon Point Heritage Park is very famous and one of the most representative attractions in Dominica. You'll clearly find well-preserved beaches, such as Dominica's whitest sand. Dominica has many colorful beaches, but only here do you find white coral sand.

There are also various water sports and many beaches where families can have picnics. Because the Caribbean coast doesn't have too strong sunshine, and because of the wind, there are water projects. There are many things to do.

Explore Dominica's Main Ridge Forest Protection Area. It's located in the center of Dominica and is the earliest forest protection area in the Western Hemisphere to be legally protected. Its purpose is to protect the ecology. There are no tropical foods here, because planting is not allowed. The climate is also different from the Dominica coastline, as it's more like the center of Dominica Island, so you can go hiking or bird watching.
You can go to uninhabited islands, which are basically stretches of white coral sand. A small period of history said that white people came here. In fact, this is a disputed territory. There are several ways to get there, you can take a boat, and many guides will take you there. You can also ride a bike.

You can go snorkeling. Dominica has the world's best diving scenery. Here you can see the largest coral cluster in the world. The island is surrounded by snorkeling spots. You can see all kinds of strange plants and creatures.
You must try paddle surfing. For water sports enthusiasts, I strongly recommend it. It's easy to learn and suitable for most people. You don't need to be agile, just need a little balance skills. This is a great fun on the island,

Go horseback riding in the ocean! 'Equine Therapy' is a charitable organization that provides horseback therapy, providing courses for disabled children to cultivate leadership and equestrian skills. Of course, it's open to the public. They are easygoing and will take you horseback riding in the ocean. Riding horses in the ocean will make you feel that it's one of the most wonderful and thrilling moments in life. They also offer 'accessible' horseback riding, which is non-saddle horseback riding, an extraordinary experience.
You can participate in the weekly carnival, which is held at the port every Sunday. There are people of all ages and regions here, they can dance, drink and listen to music. It's quite interesting,

Castara is a beautiful place on the island, it's a small village. This village has developed itself into Dominica's eco-tourism resort center. There are many eco-tourism resort cottages and very beautiful beaches, it's a very cute and fun town.

Watch the Caribbean Regatta Boat Race. It's a spectacular boat race in Dominica. Last year, the first place arrived in one hour and 20 minutes. The scene is very magnificent and interesting. I have never experienced it before.
If you can, you must participate in the Heritage Festival. The Dominica Cultural Heritage Festival is held once a year, with a duration of two weeks, to protect Dominica's unique culture and customs. The festival takes place in villages near Dominica, with various interesting cultural activities, a bit like parades to show people and let people experience the culture of the island. Dominica has a fun story, most visitors are guided by locals to see different activities and participate in experiences.
