Yushan Three Sausage – Named after Yushan Town. Made with half-lean pork, eggs, red potato starch, and seasonings such as salt, pepper, garlic, and ginger. Occasionally finding it is because relatives brought it back from Pengshui. When opened, the fragrance is overflowing.

The meat is cut into pieces, added with starch, eggs, appropriate salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, and mixed well, then pinched into strips, steamed in a cage, and ready to eat. The Three Sausage is golden yellow and shiny, with diced meat visible, the aroma is strong, and it's soft and slippery, very tender.

Beautiful scenery and delicious food can best reflect the culture of a place. Walking on the street, breathing deeply in the scenic area, escaping the hustle and bustle of big cities, and feeling the most real smoke flavor in a hot and delicious meal.
