Ode to Spring: What Does Spring Bring Us? (or What Spring Offers Us?)
Spring, following the departure of winter, has quietly arrived in our presence.
The little grasses and flowers have been constantly planning how to showcase themselves brilliantly on the new spring stage.
Whether it's on barren land or in mountains and crevices, you can see their vibrant green and beautiful figures. Their arrival has added lush vitality to spring.
The delicate pink 'yingchun' flowers, in the cold wind, boldly blew the trumpet of spring, telling the world that spring's footsteps were drawing near.
Pear trees, apricot trees, and peach trees were unwilling to be weak, and were quietly brewing a dazzling array of colors. They thrived in the sunshine, competing to blossom.
Some were fully open, revealing pink and snowy white flower centers; some were half-open, as if unwilling to let anyone see their true appearance; and some were just about to bloom, swollen and bursting with anticipation, like shy little girls.
The spring breeze is warm and gentle, brushing against your face with a refreshing coolness.
This gentleness softened the biting winter wind, causing it to quietly retreat, allowing the once silver-clad earth to awaken and regain its vitality.
Under the spring breeze, willows sprouted tender green buds. The delicate leaves, like a pair of curious eyes, looked around at the vast world.
Spring rain is gentle, unlike the torrential summer rain or the desolate autumn rain. Its mildness gives a sense of tranquility, elegant and unrestrained, joyful yet modest – this is its unique charm, unmatched by other seasons' rain.
Spring rain drizzled softly, like needles or strands of a spring maiden's hair… Mist and rain enveloped everything, raindrops strung together into a curtain, like smoke and clouds shrouding all.
Spring rain continues, falling on the leaves, 'shasha' sound, like silkworms feeding on mulberry leaves; falling on the eaves, the eaves drip water, like a beautiful curtain.
Facing such a beautiful spring, people recently released from restrictions were restless, gradually emerging from their homes. Parks, lawns, riversides, and slopes gradually became lively.
The birds, too, seemed to be infected by the spring's atmosphere, becoming more lively, they chirped and called out, playing a spring song.
Spring is the season of sowing hope. Look, everywhere in the fields, you can see the silhouettes of farmers, busy fertilizing and watering wheat, planting melons and beans. It's hard work, yielding hope.
Spring brings us so many beautiful scenes and happiness, let us sing a spring song together.
