Production method:

1. Add water, cooking wine, ginger to the chicken breast and boil over high heat for 15 minutes, cover the pot and steam for 10 minutes. It's cooked through.

2. Let the chicken breast cool and cut it into strands. Cut the cucumber, carrots, wood ear mushrooms, and onion into strands. Stir-fry the carrot, wood ear mushrooms and a little oil until cooked (or blanch them in water). Add the shredded chicken and all the ingredients to a plate.





3. Prepare the sauce: Add garlic, salt, sugar, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, five-spice powder, cooking wine and an appropriate amount of water to the bowl and mix well.



4. Pour the prepared sauce into the chicken breast strands and mix well. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion to complete!
