(1) Side Lying Bend: Stand upright on a yoga mat with your feet naturally apart, hands on your waist, and your body straight. Slowly lean to the left side, concentrating on feeling the power. When you can't bend further, do a similar side bend in the same direction. Pause and fully feel the power before returning to the starting position. Repeat twice for each side.


(2) Stationary Bike Rotation: Lie flat on a yoga mat with your hands behind your head. Raise your left leg and rotate your waist, as if using your right elbow to touch your left knee, while keeping your right leg off the ground and extended. Switch legs and repeat.


(3) Lying Leg Raises: Lie flat on a yoga mat with your legs extended. Rotate your legs up and down, left leg for the right hand, right leg for the left hand, maintain body balance. Deep inhalation when legs are raised, exhalation when legs are lowered. According to your physical strength, two legs for one set.
