Shoulder Release Mini-Exercises (Practice Anytime, Anywhere)
The secret martial art emphasizes loosening the shoulders; only when the shoulders are relaxed can the force reach the target.
Originally a martial arts secret, clinically it was taught to some patients to consolidate the effects. Besides curing shoulder ailments, it also develops penetrating power, which is beneficial for body conditioning.
Stand with feet naturally spread shoulder-width apart, right hand raised parallel to the ground,
left hand passing through the right shoulder behind the head, the waist twists left and right, the right hand naturally swings with the waist's movement without forcing;
three minutes for the right hand, left hand raised right hand to the left under the left shoulder behind the head, the waist twists left and right, the left hand naturally swings with the waist's movement, three minutes is enough,
Of course, if time allows, do it more often.
The key to this method is to use the movement of the waist to swing, rather than using the hand to exert force.
True teachings are this simple; it's so easy to obtain that most people won't cherish it. It took me a year of pleading with a martial arts master to get this little technique.
