Fitness and Fat Loss Challenge - Day 7
It's day 7 today, I rested yesterday, washed the clothes and rested, it's more efficient to rest for a day than to continuously exercise, the weight and sets I used today are better than the previous few days, there is progress. Usually, after 30 minutes of cardio, I could only do some abdominal exercises, but this time, after doing other exercises, I still had enough energy.

Although I rested yesterday, I didn't dare to indulge in my diet, just like before, eggs, vegetables, and milk. Some people asked me how I could maintain this diet, and I initially found it difficult, I couldn't resist Chinese dishes like stir-fried vegetables and stews, but after about a week, I could accept it and it didn't seem so difficult. I have been transforming my diet for a total of two weeks today. I feel better gradually. Low-fat, low-salt.
